Orientation Towards Values
Pathways to success: The integration of social aspects into wildlife management is the goal of the Pathways conference. Since 2008, the conference has brought together scientists and stakeholders to exchange ideas through high-quality presentations and seminars. The conference is internationally oriented; trainers and training participants from more than 30 countries participate and promote a committed dialogue. The 7th conference took place in 2018 in Goslar/Germany. The conference was jointly organized by Colorado State University, the Alfred Töpfer Academy for Nature Conservation (NNA), the Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Science (IZW) and the LIFE project "Euro Large Carnivores" initiated by the WWF.
